Mario was the first team member to be hired with the company and with him he has brought a great deal of knowledge. Mario did his schooling at Western Culinary Institute and graduated with a high-A average.
Mario has done extensive travel throughout Europe and worked in many famous establishments. No matter where Mario is working he has a true and devoted following. Being here he has brought his famous Lasagna and many amazing soups.
Mario has always been helpful with any new employees, taking them under his wing and showing them the correct ways of being in the kitchen. He has gone out of his way to help others.
