At just 18 years old, Braden is second in command in the Kitchen. Putting out good food is not his only responsibility. Braden, mentored by his Kitchen Manager, Marcie, is always wanting to learn something new. He takes pride in what he does and takes lead when the opportunity arises. Thank you, Braden.

Brenda is our lead server with experience like no other. Dependable, enthusiastic, and high on energy are just a few traits that make Brenda stand out. Her guests are always pleased. Brenda takes the initiative to assist management when possible, and you will always see a smile on her. Thank you, Brenda for the hard work you have put in.
Sean Hamilton

Sean has proven to be an amazing asset to not just the back of the house, but also the front. Along with being the Pizza Chef, Sean helps with dishes, being on the food line, tray up food for the servers, polish glasses and serve on occasion.

Mario was the first team member to be hired with the company and with him he has brought a great deal of knowledge. Mario did his schooling at Western Culinary Institute and graduated with a high-A average.
Mario has done extensive travel throughout Europe and worked in many famous establishments. No matter where Mario is working he has a true and devoted following. Being here he has brought his famous Lasagna and many amazing soups.
Mario has always been helpful with any new employees, taking them under his wing and showing them the correct ways of being in the kitchen. He has gone out of his way to help others.
